Lenovo Vibe K5 Note with 3GB RAM/4GB RAM launched for Rs. 11,999 and Rs 13,499

Lenovo has officially launched the Vibe K5 Note, in India. The device appears to be a minor upgrade of the Vibe K5 Plus which was launched in March this year.

The Lenovo Vibe K5  Note sports a 5.5-inch Full HD 1080p display with a 1000:1 contrast ratio, and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Secure Zone, which is sort of a second profile on the same phone with its own apps and settings.

The Vibe K5 Note is powered by a 1.8GHz 64-bit octa-core MediaTek Helip P10 MT6755 processor along with a Mali T860 GPU. It comes in two variants: one with 3GB RAM and the other with 4GB of RAM. The phone has 32GB of internal storage, and supports up to 128GB of expandable memory via a microSD card slot.

The K5 Note features a full metal body, with a fingerprint scanner on the back panel. The phone has a 13 megapixel rear camera with an f/2.2 aperture, Dual LED Flash. The selfie lens on the phablet is an 8 megapixel front camera. The Vibe K5 Note is backed by a 3,500 mAh battery and supports dual SIM cards.

The Lenovo K5 Note 5 supports TheaterMax for VR, Dolby Atmos Audio with Wolfson WM8281 audio codec, and 3 mics.

The Lenovo Vibe K5 Note has been priced at  Rs. 11,999 for the 3GB RAM variant and at Rs 13,499 for the 4GB RAM variant. The device will be available in three colours: Champagne Gold, Graphite Grey and Platinum Silver. The  Vibe K5 Note will be sold through the open sale system, from midnight of 3rd August, exclusively on Flipkart.
