Lenovo S60 launched at Rs. 12,999 : 5 inch, Quad Core, 2 GB RAM, 13/5 MP camera

Lenovo has just announced another device i.e Lenovo S60 in the mid range smartphone segment. It sports a smooth rounded poly-carbonate shell, 12.7 cms (5 inch) HD screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8916 64-Bit 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor with 2 GB of RAM.

S60 comes with a 13 MP rear camera and 5 MP wide-angle front camera. In terms of storage, it comes with 8 GB of internal memory along with support for expandable memory up to 32 GB via microsd cards.

S60 is powered by a decent non removable 2150 mAh battery giving a talk time up to 30 hours and standby time of up to 14 days. It is powered by Android 4.4 KitKat operating system with Vibe UI 2.0 and Lenovo is promising a upgrade to Android 5.0 Lollipop for the device.

It comes with Dual SIM (Micro + Nano) support.

In terms of connectivity, S60 comes with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, 3G and 4G LTE support. The device weighs just 128 gms.

Price and Availability

The Lenovo S60 is priced at Rs. 12,999/- and will be available in all leading retail outlets.  Apart from the offline stores, it will also be available online at Lenovo’s official brand store thedostore.com also along with Flipkart and Amazon India portals starting 12 noon on Monday May 18.
