Lenovo A7000 launched in India for Rs. 8,999, will be sold via flash sales on Flipkart

Lenovo has officially launched the A7000, in India.

The phone was unveiled by Lenovo India’s Director of Smartphones, Sudhin Mathur, who also ran a live Antutu benchmark test of the device, and the Lenovo A7000 scored a whopping 43010 points.

The phone flaunts a 5.5-inch HD IPS Display, and is powered by a 1.5GHz 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6572M processor, and 2GB RAM. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop, with Lenovo’s Vibe UI on top. It comes with 8GB of internal storage, which is expandable via a micro SD card. The A7000 sports a 5 megapixel front camera, and an 8 megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, and Auto Focus. A 2,900 mAh battery powers the device. It also supports Dual SIM and 4G LTE Networks.

Lenovo-A7000-price-India

The Lenovo A7000 was originally launched for $169, which is approximately Rs. 10,000. But the company stunned us by with their pricing, the Lenovo A7000’s price is just Rs. 8,999, and will be available exclusively on Flipkart where it will be sold via flash sales.

The registrations for the first sale of the A7000 opens at at 2 PM today (April 7) and will remain open until 12 AM on April 14. The first flash sale will take place on April 15th.
