Lava Blaze with Mediatek Helio A22 launched in India

Lava has launched a new phone called the Lava Blaze, in India. The affordable 4G phone is powered by a Mediatek Helio A22 quad-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz.

Blaze Glass Red

The device sports a 6.5-inches HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels, a 20:9 Aspect Ratio, and a water-drop notch. The selfie lens on the screen is an 8MP snapper with an f/2.0 aperture.

The Lava Blaze has 64GB of storage, and supports up to 256GB of additional memory via a dedicated microSD card slot. It has 3GB of RAM, which can be extended by a further 3GB via Virtual RAM. The main camera setup on the mobile has a 13 megapixels sensor with an f/1.8 Aperture, a 2MP lens, a VGA camera and an LED Flash module.

The Blaze packs a 5000mAh battery and charges via a USB Type-C port. Connectivity options on the phone include Dual Nano SIM card slots, support for 4G LTE mobile networks, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.0, FM Radio, GPS, and  a 3.5mm headphone jack.  The device measures 164.75 x 76.3 x 8.9 mm in terms of dimensions. Sensors on the phone include a rear fingerprint reader, an Accelerometer, and a Proximity sensor.

Lava Blaze price in India

Lava has priced the Blaze at Rs. 8,699. The phone is available for pre-booking on Lavamobile.com, and will also go on sale at Flipkart. The mobile comes in 4 colours: Glass Red, Glass Blue, Glass Black, and Glass Green.
