The Huawei Nova 6 and Nova 6 5G have been announced in China. The devices pack quite a few impressive specs.
The Nova 6 is equipped with a 6.57-inches Full HD+ display with a dual punch-hole for the selfie cameras, 96% NTSC colour gamut, and runs on EMUI 10.0.1 based on Android 10. It is powered by a Kirin 990 processor with 8GB of RAM. The Nova 6 5G comes with the Balong 5000 modem for 5G mobile networks.
Both models have a Mali-G76 GPU and boast an NPU (neural network processing unit) for A.I. features. The Nova 6 5G is available in 128GB/256 storage variants while the regular Nova 6 only has 128GB of storage.
The devices are backed by a 4100mAh and 4200 mah battery respectively and charge over a USB Type-C port. The 5G variant supports 40W Super Fast Charging. Sadly, the Huawei Nova 6 and Nova 6 5G do not have a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
The optics on both phones are the same with a triple lens array comprising a 40MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP telephoto lens with an f/2.4 aperture, 3x optical zoom, 5x hybrid zoom, 30x digital zoom, Optical Image Stabilization and an 8MP 120° ultra-wide-angle lens with an f/2.4 aperture.
There are dual punch-hole selfie lenses on the Huawei Nova 6 and Nova 6 5G consisting of a 32MP primary lens with an f/2.0 aperture and an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens with a 105° field-of-view and an f/2.2 aperture. The phones sport a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The Huawei Nova 6 Price has been priced at RMB 3199 (about Rs. 32,000) in China. The Huawei Nova 6 5G price starts at RMB 3799 (about Rs. 38,000) for the 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant while the 256GB version will retain for RMB 4199 (about Rs. 42,000).
