A leaked pricing poster points to a steep increase for Samsung’s next flagship tablet in India. It puts the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra at ₹150,000 for the base Wi-Fi 12/256GB model, against the ₹111,000 the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra launched at last year. That is a jump of roughly 35%. None of it is official, and Samsung has not announced the Tab S12 series at all.
The poster came from tipster Sparrows News and was reported by GSMArena. Treat every number below as a leak. Launch pricing routinely shifts between a leaked sheet and the actual announcement, and Samsung has yet to confirm even that the tablets exist.

The 5G Ultra tells the same story as the Wi-Fi model. Its leaked ₹165,000 sits against ₹125,000 for the Tab S11 Ultra 5G 12/256GB, an increase of about 32%.
Why Indian buyers should watch this more closely than US buyers
A separate, earlier leak covered US pricing for the same tablets. There the Tab S12 Ultra Wi-Fi 12/256GB is expected at $1,400, up from the Tab S11 Ultra’s $1,200 starting price. That is roughly 17%, or about half the proportional increase the India poster suggests.
The leaked US figures run as follows. The Tab S12 Ultra is listed at $1,400 and $1,600 for Wi-Fi 12/256GB and 12/512GB, and $1,550 and $1,750 for the 5G versions. The Tab S12+ sits at $1,200 and $1,400 on Wi-Fi, and $1,350 and $1,550 on 5G.
If both leaks hold, the same hardware refresh asks noticeably more of Indian buyers than American ones. A ₹39,000 increase on the entry Ultra is not a rounding error at this price. Buyers eyeing the Tab S11 Ultra may find that the outgoing model gets considerably more attractive once the new prices land.
What else the leaks suggest
- Unveiling — reportedly October 7, 2026, not confirmed by Samsung.
- Chipset — a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 has been spotted on Geekbench, separate from this poster leak.
- Battery — the Tab S12 Ultra reportedly carries over the 11,600mAh cell and 45W charging from its predecessor, while the Tab S12+ may get a larger battery.
- Lineup — no vanilla Tab S12 is expected, matching Samsung’s pattern of refreshing the Ultra every year and alternating the Plus and standard models.
Samsung tends to hold pricing until the announcement itself, so the October 7 date is the point at which any of this becomes real. Until then, the safest assumption is that a leaked poster is an early signal and not a price list.
