Coolpad and LeEco is expected to announced their first flagship on August 16, after LeEco acquired controlling stake in Coolpad. The new brand emerging from this is expected to be named as “COOL” and the first flagship is expected to be named as “COOL1”. Today, we have a new teaser from the company which suggests that the new flagship COOL1 may come with support for triple SIM. We are not sure how that will work out as we haven’t seen any flagship smartphone supporting triple SIM, though few flagships does support dual SIMs. The new teaser shows a SIM slot along with three different SIM cards in three colors.

COOL1

The tag line of the teaser image when translated into English reveals the following:

Mountain friends do you have a signal?

The tag line points out to mobile network signal and perhaps with three SIMs, it would be more convenient to stay connected even in remote parts of the world.

The real image along with alleged specs of the COOL1 has already leaked on the web along with device images at TENAA. We are yet to get details about hardware specifications even at TENAA as it only lists the images without specifications. TENAA image reproduced below, clearly reveal the new brand name i.e COOL apart from the dual camera setup at the back panel with fingerprint sensor.

Till now, only Dual Camera setup is teased officially by the company without revealing anything else. But as per earlier leaks COOL1 sports a 5.5 inch 2K display which is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 CPU along with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. It comes with a rear dual camera setup with fingerprint sensor module and is backed by a 3500 mAh battery.

We are just 24 hours away from the official launch which is going to happen in China. Stay tuned at Androidpure and we will keep you updated.
