HomePod mini 2 Adopts Muted Finishes
The leak highlights a direct successor to the original HomePod mini launched in late 2020. The exterior sphere design remains virtually unchanged. However, Apple is ditching its bright yellow and orange palette in favor of subtle shades.
The new acoustic sphere will ship in muted green, pink, blue, white, and black colors. These subdued tones are tailored to blend into contemporary interior decor.
iPad mini 8 Gets A20 Pro and Landscape Camera
The eighth-generation iPad mini brings significant internal and external revisions. It replaces the current tablet powered by the A17 Pro. The new model jumps straight to the powerful A20 Pro silicon seen in the recent iPhone 18 Pro family.
On the exterior, leaked front renders confirm Apple moved the FaceTime camera to the landscape bezel. This aligns video calling with the iPad Air and Pro experience. A groove along the top frame indicates an added speaker for improved audio clarity.
Apple TV 4K Prepares for Silicon Upgrade
The code also references a fourth-generation Apple TV 4K. While its physical black puck chassis looks familiar, the hardware beneath gets an overhaul. Previous code strings point to an upgrade to Apple’s A17 Pro processor.
The streaming box is also expected to incorporate Apple’s proprietary N1 connectivity chip for faster wireless performance. As of September 2026, Apple has not confirmed an official event date. These products are anticipated to debut during a late autumn hardware showcase.
