The OnePlus 8 price in India has been revealed by the company. In case you missed it, the company announced its flagship phones last week.

Oneplus 8 Price In India

The company took to Twitter to announce the price, and Amazon has a page with more details. Here’s what we could gather from it.

OnePlus 8 price in India

The OnePlus 8 price in the US starts at $699. But the OnePlus 8 price in India starts at Rs. 41,999, converting that to US Dollars, that’s just about $548, which is $101 cheaper than the US model, but there is a catch. Unlike the US variant which has 8GB of RAM for the base model, the Indian OnePlus 8 comes with 6GB of RAM.

That being said, the 8GB model is still over $100 cheaper with a price tag of Rs. 44,999 which is around $587. The 12GB RAM/256GB version carries a price tag of Rs. 49,999 (about $653) compared to the price of $799 in the US.

The OnePlus 8 Pro price in India starts at Rs. 54,999 (about $718) for the 8GB/128GB variant as opposed to $899 in America. The highest end version with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage has been priced in India at Rs. 59,999 (approx $783) compared to the price of $999 in the US.

Oneplus 8 Pro Price In India

It’s nice to see that OnePlus is treating India better than America, but there are rumours which say that it may have been influenced by something else. Apple recently announced the iPhone SE 2, and priced it at $399 in the US. In India however, the price is a whopping $556. Compared to this, the OnePlus 8 offers much better specs for the price.
