The Oppo R17 Pro has officially been launched in India. And the mid-range device is priced very steeply, even costlier than flagship devices.
Here is a recap of the device’s technical specifications. The Oppo R17 Pro runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with Color OS, and sports a 6.4-inch Full HD+ display with a waterdrop notch. The phone boasts an In-display Fingerprint Scanner. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor, with 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage.
In the optics department, the Oppo R17 Pro features triple rear cameras comprising of a 12MP primary lens that supports a variable aperture from f/1.5 to f/2.4 with a pixel size of 1.4um, a 20MP f/2.6 aperture secondary lens and a TOF 3D stereo camera. The phone is equipped with a 25 megapixel selfie camera, which sits in the waterdrop notch.
The phone is backed by a 3,700mAh battery that supports Super VOOC Flash Charging over USB Type-C. The Oppo R17 Pro does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Oppo R17 and Oppo R17 Pro price in India
The Oppo R17 Pro will retail for Rs. 45,990 in India, and will be sold via Oppo’s online store, Flipkart, PayTM and Amazon from December 4th. It will be available in Emerald Green and Radiant Mist colours. The phone will be sold via offline channels from December 7th.
The Oppo 17 has also launched been launched in India, but the only thing we know about it is that it has been priced at Rs. 34,990.
