Your credit card associated with Google Playstore will be charged for that in–app purchase.
If you want to avoid that situation, you need to enable some additional setting in your Google Playstore account. In simple terms, you need to enable the option to use PIN for purchasing apps. Follow the steps below to set up password protection for your purchases made on the Google Play Store.
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Press Menu, then tap Settings
- First you need to set a PIN if you have not setup a PIN already.
- After that, Under “User controls” select box next to Password – Use PIN for purchases.
Now you will be asked to enter your PIN every time before making any purchases on Google Play.
