As we said yesterday, the rumor mills for Mi Note 2 are in full swing after the official launch date was announced by Xiaomi.  Numerous leaks continuous to float around Xiaomi next flagship including few that leaked yesterday indicating LG may be manufacturing the dual edge curved display, another one showed the dual camera at back, then one showing bezelless or borderless display and the last one indicating the possible pricing of the top model.

Today we got two new set of images spotted on Weibo, which are possibly the alleged renders of the Mi Note 2 that got leaked ahead of the official launch scheduled for October 25.

These renders show the front and back of the device with the front display curved at both the ends. The display though looks different from what we have seen in Samsung Galaxy Edge  devices and the rumors indicating that it is manufactured by LG may be true. We can see the front camera at top with four holes possibly for speakers. The notification area shows dual SIM indication apart from other usual information.

Yet, it differs from what we have seen as rumored borderless or bezel-less display. We can also see the home button at the bottom of front display possibly with ultrasonic fingerprint sensor embedded inside. At the back we can see the dual camera setup along with LED flash and clearly see the 3.5 mm audio jack which many mobile brands are removing from their flagship devices. Unless Xiaomi got some “God Mode” or possibly a switch which can make use of the full screen as seen in some of leaked rumors, we may not see that amazing borderless display anytime soon in any device.

Based on leaks / rumors till date, Xiaomi Mi Note 2 features a 5.7 inch 2K curved display, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor with pressure touch or 3D touch support along with 4 GB  & 6 GB of RAM. It comes with ultrasonic fingerprint sensor along with dual camera and a ceramic body.

As with every leak, take this with a pinch of salt till the official launch. Stay tune dat Androidpure and we will keep you updated.
