Rumor mills are not in any mood to stop when it comes to Xiaomi smartphones. Just yesterday, we reported about Xiaomi Meri aka Xiaomi Mi 5C images and their benchmark scores, today we have a new set of images spotted on Weibo, for a mysterious Xiaomi smartphone which appears borderless and we have only seen anything like that only in proposed concept renders for future smartphones. To be honest, we are not sure about its authenticity but are reporting it as another leak.
Check out the first image which appears too clean to be true and shows a smartphone render indicating no borders or bezels anywhere on the front display. There are no physical buttons including any home button or navigation buttons or even the on-screen menu buttons. There is one more render of lock screen most probably and is similar to the other one. We got no idea of how it works and will wait for more details to emerge before we can make any opinion.
Apart from these two, we got two more images of smartphone but in working condition. The first image shows some app or web browser opened and we can also see the top notification bar showing the time, battery and data connection speed. The other screen shows screenshot of some setting on the smartphone.
Some rumors floating on Weibo suggest that this may be Mi Note 2, but another set of rumors suggest it’s not Mi Note 2. We will keep tracking this story. Take these images with a pinch of salt and stay tuned at Androidpure and we will keep you updated.
