WhatsApp Web now allows you to change your profile picture and status, delete chats, drag and drop images and more

WhatsApp has rolled out some server side changes which now gives you more options.

The service debuted earlier this year, but until today lacked many basic features.

WhatsApp Web now allows you to change your profile picture and status. Just click on your profile picture, and then hover your mouse cursor over the profile photo, you should be able to select a new photo, and also edit your status.

You can delete individual chats, archive them by clicking on the three dot menu in the top right corner.Similarly, you can also mute or exit group chats. You can also do this by right clicking on the conversation lists on the left hand pane of WhatsApp Web.

Finally, WhatsApp Web now lets you Drag & Drop pictures from your PC to the browser tab, this will allow you send the image to your contact directly.
