Sachin Tendulkar backed Smartron has just announced its first smartphone tPhone in India for a price of Rs. 22,999. Smartron tphone is priced in the mid range segment similar to devices such as Oneplus 2, Xiaomi Mi 5, Lenovo Vibe X3 etc.
Smartron tphone sports a 5.5 inch 1080p Full HD super AMOLED display with a pixel density of 401 ppi with Gorillas Glass 3 protection and powered by Octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor V2.1 and 4 GB LPDDR4 RAM running Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
In terms of camera, it comes with dual flash 13 MP main camera with ISOCELL sensor having 6 element lens, zero shutter lag and 4 MP front shooter with 2µm pixel size. It comes with dual-SIM (Micro+ Nano) support and is backed by a 3000 mAh high-density lithium-ion polymer battery. It comes with Type C charger with Quick Charge 2.0 support.
it also comes with surround sound supported by the specially designed sound chamber with DTS premium sound & DTS PlayFi.
The tphone is priced at Rs. 22,999/- and will be available for registration on gadget360.com & smartron.com. The sales will start early June 2016 on both these portals.
