Reliance Jio Preview offer extended to select LG 4G Smartphones

Reliance Jio is the new entrant to Indian Mobile service providers, but yet to launch their commercial operations. At the moment, Reliance Jio is offering its 4G data services and voice calls for free for 90 days using the Jio preview offer available to Reliance Employees, LYF smartphone users and some users with select Samsung Smartphones. Under the Jio preview offer, consumers get unlimited access for 90 days for free, to 4G LTE data, Voice, SMS and Jio services such as Jio Video on demand, Jio Play, Jio Beats, Jio Magazines etc.

LG Jio Preview offer

Even before the commercial launch, Jio is already available for Indian consumers if you full-fill the criteria to get Jio Preview offer. Today, Reliance is adding another set of users who can get access to its preview offer for 90 days for Free. Starting today, Jio preview offer is available to consumers who own select 4G LG smartphones.  The preview offer is not available for all LG 4G smartphone, here is the list of smartphones that are eligible for the Jio Preview Offer:

  1. K332 (K7 LTE),
  2. K520DY (Stylus 2),
  3. K520DY,
  4. H860 (LG G5),
  5. K500I (X Screen),
  6. K535D (Stylus 2 Plus),
  7. LGH630D (G4 Stylus 4G) &
  8. LGH 442 (LGC70 Spirit LTE)

Apart from this addition of LG smartphone, the Preview offer is already available to select Samsung smartphones. Here is the list of Samsung devices that are eligible for the offer:

How to Avail Jio Preview Offer?

Install the MyJio App from Play Store and follow instructions to generate an Offer Code on the Samsung / LG smartphone. Save the offer code and visit Reliance Digital / Dx Mini store / select modern trade outlets with following documents:

  • Original Proof of Address (POA) and copy,
  • Proof of Identity (POI) and copy
  • One passport size photograph.

The date of commercial launch of Reliance Jio is not known yet. The company keep postponing the launch date and extending the Jio preview offer for existing users. But considering the fact that with each passing day, they are extending the preview offer to more consumers we can assume safely that the commercial launch is imminent.
