Realme has announced the Realme V5 5G in China. The device as the name suggests supports 5G mobile networks.
The Realme V5 sports a 6.5-inches Full HD+ LCD display with a 90.7% screen-to-body ratio, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 90Hz refresh rate. It has a punch-hole cutout for the 16MP selfie lens, the camera has an f/2.1 aperture and 79.3° FOV.
The phone runs on realme UI based on Android 10 and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor with a Mali-G57 MC3 GPU with 6GB/8GB of LPDDR4x RAM. It has 128GB UFS 2.1 of storage and supports up to 256GB od additional memory via a microSD card slot.
The main cameras set up on the Realme V5 5G comprises a 48MP primary lens with an f/1.8 aperture, 79.8° FOV, an 8MP 119° ultra-wide angle lens that has an f/2.3 aperture, a 2MP 4cm macro lens with an f/2.4 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture along with an LED flash. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Realme V5 supports 30W flash charge fast charging which can charge the 5,000 mAh battery from 0 to 100% in 65 minutes over a USB Type-C port. The device has a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Realme V5 5G price in China starts at RMB 1499 (about Rs. 16,000) for the 6GB/128GB variant, while the 8GB/128GB model carries a price tab of RMB 1899 (about Rs. 20,000). The device will be available in Blue, Green and Silver colours.
