Poco India has officially announced that the Poco M2 Pro MIUI 12 update is rolling out to users. Let’s find out what it brings to the popular mid-ranger.
The news regarding the update was shared by Poco’s new GM, Anuj Sharma, on Twitter. He also Tweeted the screenshots for the OTA.
What’s new in the Poco M2 Pro MIUI 12 Update
The update brings the latest version of Xiaomi’s custom Android skin, MIUI 12 with Poco Launcher and all of its features to the device. The Poco M2 Pro MIUI 12 update also bumps the security level of phone by shipping with the September Android Security Patch from Google. The OTA weighs about 692MB to download, and the version number of the update is MIUI V12.0.1.0.QJPINXM.
According to Anuj’s Tweet, the Poco M2 Pro MIUI 12 update is being rolled out in batches. So, it may take a few days before it is available for all users. If you haven’t received it already, you can navigate to the settings to manually check for the update.
