The Poco F5 launch date has been confirmed. The mid-range 5G phone will debut on May 9th in India.
According to a Poco F5 specs sheet that was leaked by tipster Yogesh Brar, the mobile sports a 6.67-inches Full HD+ OLED display. The screen supports a refresh rate of 120Hz. The phone will run on Android 13 with Xiaomi’s MIUI 14 on top. The Poco F5 will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor, with 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM, and 256 GB of internal storage. The leaker says that the selfie lens on the smartphone is a 16 megapixels front camera.
The main camera array on the Poco F5 has three lenses with a 64 megapixels primary sensor that supports Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), an 8 megapixels ultra-wide angle lens and a 2 MP sensor. The device is said to pack a 5,000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging. Going by the specs, the Poco F5 could be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo that was announced recently in China.
