EA Games have released a major update for their free to play defense game, Plants vs Zombies 2.

Plants vs Zombies 2 Android

Despite drawing flak from users about the freemium content, it has been immensely popular among Android games. The dreaded giant zombie from the original Plants vs Zombies game is back.

So is his imp buddy!

The map has received an overall makeover and there are no more Key Gates or Star Gates.

Instead you just have a World Gate, which you can unlock with a World Key, of course.

An interesting addition to the game is the Turbo button, which is a fast forward button to speed up the zombies and tour plants.

The Piñata Parties are still working and will reward you with cool stuff.
