OnePlus has launched a new smartphone in China. Meet the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro.
The phone is equipped with a 6.74-inches curved AMOLED 2K screen. The display supports a resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels, has a 120 Hz dynamic refresh rate, a pixel density of 450 PPI. The panel has a 93.9% Screen ratio, supports 2000000:1 Contrast Ratio, 1600 nits brightness, DCI-P3, 100% sRGB, and 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming. The display is protected by Asahi Glass AGC.
The screen is home to an in-display fingerprint scanner. The mobile runs on ColorOS 13.1 based on Android 13, is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor clocked at 3.2 GHz, with an Adreno 740 GPU, 12 GB / 16 GB / 24 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 256 GB / 512 GB / 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The device packs a 5000 mAh battery that supports 150W fast charging via a USB Type C port. The primary camera array on the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro consists of a 50 megapixels main camera with a Sony IMX 890 sensor that has an f/1.8 aperture, supports optical image stabilization (OIS), and has an 84.2° FOV. The secondary lens on the device is an 8 megapixels ultra-wide angle lens that has a Sony IMX 355 sensor with a 112° FOV, an f/2.2 aperture, while the tertiary lens is a 2 MP Macro Sensor with an f/2.4 aperture, an 88.8° FOV, and an LED Flash. The cameras are capable of recording 4K videos at 60 frames per second. The selfie snapper on the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is a 16 megapixels front camera with a S5K3P9 sensor and an f/2.4 aperture.
Connectivity-wise, the smartphone supports Dual SIM cards with 5G and 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 5, 802.11a/b/g/n, 2.4 / 5.1 / 5.8 GHz, Bluetooth 5.3, Beidou, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and NFC. The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro has Dual Stereo Speakers and supports Dolby Atmos.

OnePlus Ace 2 Pro price
The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro price starts at RMB 2,999 in China, for the 12 GB / 256 GB trim. The 16 GB / 512 GB version costs RMB 3,399, while the 24 GB / 1TB model carries a price tag of RMB 3,999. The device could be rebranded as a Nord phone, or something like the OnePlus 12R in the future.
