If you love Google Nexus devices and are waiting for its next iteration, here is some news for you. Detailed Nexus 5 (the next iteration of Nexus 4) specs and its images have leaked on the web via an internal Service Manual for the LG-D821 which is posted to scribd.
This leak was first reported by AndroidPolice portal, but later on they removed the device images on the request of LG. The LG service manual though is still available on the Scribd website and gives detailed info about the rumored Nexus 5 Device.
The manual includes detailed info about the device including Device images and the components inside along with many other information related to hardware inside.
If we go by the manual, then Nexus 5 is powered by 2.3 GHz Snapdragon 800 and2 GB of RAM which comes with an 8 megapixel camera, 2,300 mAh battery.
