We have heard rumors that the Motorola Shamu, aka the Next Nexus phone could be a phablet.
The above photograph is from an anonymous comment at Droid Life, also points to the fact that it will be a big screen phone.
Well, big doesn’t sum up the size correctly. It is so huge, that it dwarfs the LG G3 which is pictured next to it. Of course, there is no confirmation about the authenticity of the photo, or the poster.
An interesting thing to note, is the LED flash ring which we can see in the photo, it is reminiscent of the Moto X 2nd Gen. The phone could be the Moto S, and has a soft matte finish at the back. The lack of a speaker grill at the back of the phone suggests front facing speakers which have become the standard in the latest line up of phones from Motorola.
I think this could be the real deal, but nevertheless I advise taking it with a pinch of metaphorical salt.
