Motorola is reportedly building a book-style wide foldable called the Razr Flex, and a fresh leak puts a near-complete spec sheet on the table. Android Headlines lists a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip and a mid-December 2026 debut window for the device. It would be Motorola’s answer to Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Apple’s rumoured iPhone Duo.

A smaller take on the wide foldable
The leaked dimensions are 110 x 149 x 5.8mm unfolded and 110 x 76 x 12.6mm folded, at 215g. That would make the Razr Flex compact by book-foldable standards, smaller overall than the Fold-class rivals it targets.
The screens follow from that. The outer display is listed at 4.97 inches, which is small for the category. The 6.92-inch inner panel is closer to a large phone than to a tablet. If the numbers hold, Motorola is chasing buyers who found existing wide foldables too bulky.

The mid-December window comes from the leak, not from a Motorola announcement. Dates sourced that way slip often, and this one has no official backing at all.
The leak as reported does not include pricing or a launch market list. The Qi2 detail carries its own caveat too. It is not clear whether the phone supports the magnetic alignment that makes Qi2 genuinely useful.
