Motorola Moto G launching in India in early January

Motorola Moto G  can be considered as one of the most awaited affordable Android smartphone that is yet to be launched in India. Motorola Moto G was launched in US in early November and was slated to be released in January in many countries including India.

The official twitter account of Motorola Mobility in India has just confirmed that Moto G will be launching in India in early January.

  • 4.5 inch display with 1280 x 720p resolution
  • 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor
  • 1GB of RAM,
  • 8GB / 16GB of internal storage
  • 5MP rear camera, 1.3MP front camera
  • 2070 mAh battery
  • Android 4.3 Jelly Bean
  • Wi-Fi b/g/n, GPS, Glonass, Bluetooth 4.0

Pricing and Availability in India

The device will be launched in early January 2014 in India, even though we don’t know the exact dates.

We are yet to hear anything officially about the pricing of Moto G in India. Hopefully it will be priced smartly keeping in mind the price sensitive nature of Indian smartphone market. We will keep you updated as and when we here something about the pricing of Moto G.
