Infocus Turbo 5 Plus and Snap 4 to be unveiled on September 13

Infocus is set to announce two new smartphones at a launch event on September 13 in New Delhi. These smartphones are Infocus Turbo 5 Plus and Infocus Snap 4, out of which Turbo 5 Plus is the successor to the existing Turbo 5 that was launched in June 2017. The company has already sent out media invites for the launch event and we already a good sneak peek at how the new smartphones look like.

The invite above shows a dual camera smartphone aligned horizontally similar to iPhone 7 Plus just like many other devices launched recently, with fingerprint sensor at the rear and Antenna lines at top & bottom. The Infocus branding is at the bottom of rear panel. At the moment, we have no clue on the dual camera sensor capacities. THe Invite above doesn’t mention any name of the device yet thanks to social media teasers by the company reproduced below, we know that the new smartphones will be Turbo 5 Plus and Snap 4.

The social media teasers also reveal that Infocus Turbo 5 Plus comes with a battery of 4850 mAh and the dual camera module. Other hardware specifications of Turbo 5 Plus is still unknown. Similarly, we got no details about Infocus Snap 4.

Coming to existing InFocus Turbo 5, it comes in two variants of 2GB & 3GB RAM priced Rs 6,999 & Rs 7,999 respectively. Under the hood, InFocus Turbo 5 features a unibody metal design with 5.2-inch 720p HD IPS display and is [powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor along with 2GB/3GB of RAM. The phone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat based operating system.The fingerprint sensor is placed on the rear panel. The phone is backed up by 5000 mAh battery along with support to charge other phones using OTG.
