It has been a dull year for the Infocus Smartphones as they launched their last smartphone Epic 1 almost eight months ago. Finally, the company is set to announce a new smartphone on June 28 and they are teasing the upcoming smartphone with the tagline of “charge less. do More” through their social media channels. The tagline suggests that the upcoming smartphone will feature a big battery apart from other specifications. The Company has not revealed the name of the device yet.
Androidpure has learned that this upcoming smartphone will be named “Infocus Turbo 5“. At the moment, we do not have any more details of the specifications of the Infocus Turbo 5 including the battery capacity. Two of the company teasers suggests that:
- Turbo 5 can provide 50hrs of non-stop music, and
- lets you use your phone GPS for 14hrs straight

Even though we have no specific information on the battery capacity, we are guessing it to be 5,000 mAh based on the name of the device i.e. “Turbo 5”. But yes, we can be wrong too as it is just an educated guess.
At the moment, Infocus M5s smartphone is the phone that they have launched which comes with the biggest battery i.e. Li-Ion 4000 mAh, non-removable battery. InFocus M5s (M5S) is powered by Mediatek MT6737 processor along with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. It runs on Android OS v7.0 (Nougat) out of the box. It features a 5.2 inch HD IPS display with 720 x 1280 pixel resolution.
