Keep in mind that the probable release or scheduled dates above doesnt mean that those upgrades will reach you at that time. These ICS upgrades usually are rolled out locally and the exact dates for each country, location or even the cellular service provider can vary.

Due to localization, testing, and partner approvals, updates do not roll out to all devices at the same time. For devices on a wide variety of carriers and in many countries, rollouts can take up to 45 days from the initial update to reach everyone.

If you want to check updates manually, you can do so by navigating to Settings>> About>> Software Updates .

Cant find your HTC phone in that List

If you can’t find name of your HTC phone or device in that list, it means that your device may not get a ICS upgrade at all. As a general rule from HTC, any device with 512MB ROM or less will not be upgraded to Android 4.0.

The device which wont get a Android 4.0 upgrade include HTC ChaCha, HTC Salsa, HTC Wildfire S, HTC Explorer, and others.

Apart from these phones, HTC tablets including the HTC Flyer, HTC EVO View 4G, and HTC Jetstream too wont get a ICS upgrade and will remain on their current Android version (Honeycomb).
