The Android 10 update for OnePlus 6 had initially been delayed due to a bug related to the fingerprint scanner, but it has been fixed already. Many users at the OnePlus forums have reported they have installed the update. The update has been rolling out in stages, so if you haven’t got the OTA yet, you may have to check for updates manually.
