Yesterday, we reported that AdBlock Plus, would be releasing its own browser for Android devices.
And, the Adblock Browser for Android is here.
Adblock Browser for Android is based on Firefox for Android. Though the Adblock Plus addon is available for Firefox for Android, the features of the extension are very limited, and that was the reason for making a full fledged browser, with adblocking integrated into it, says the Adblock Plus team, in a blog post at its website.
Download Adblock Browser for Android:
1. Visit the Google+ community page for Adblock Browser for Android.
2. Join the community, by clicking on the button at the webpage.
3. Then, visit this page and become a tester for Adblock Browser for Android.
4. Download Adblock Browser for Android from the Google Play Store.
Follow the above steps one by one. If you don’t follow the steps in the right order, the app will not be available for download at the Google Play Store.
Note: At the time of writing this post, the browser is not available at the Play Store yet. It is possible that the app will shopw up after a few hours.
