Infinix is finally bringing the GT 50 Pro to India. The gaming-focused phone launched globally in April 2026 but skipped the Indian market entirely. Infinix has now confirmed an October arrival, according to Gizmochina, which cites an Infinix press release. The exact date is not set.

The reason there is no date is the part worth pausing on. Infinix has tied the reveal to a Game Together click campaign on its India website. The launch date unlocks once a community engagement target is reached. That is a neat way to describe asking readers to generate traffic in exchange for information the company could simply publish. If you want the date, you can also just wait for it.
Infinix also says it is building a wider gaming ecosystem around the phone, with more accessories and products planned. It has not revealed what those are.
Pricing and Availability
India pricing has not been announced. Infinix has only committed to an October window, with the specific date gated behind its campaign.
For a sense of the brand’s gaming cadence, the GT 30 Pro arrived in June 2025. The GT 50 Pro’s six-month gap between its global debut and an India launch is the unusual part of this timeline.
Specifications
The specifications below are the ones Infinix confirmed at the global April 2026 launch. They should apply to the India variant unless Infinix changes the configuration, which the company has not said either way.

Infinix usually attacks this part of the Indian market on price, as it did when the Hot 70 Pro arrived at Rs 24,999. The price is what will decide this one too. It determines whether the shoulder triggers and liquid cooling read as genuine value or as spec-sheet decoration.
One caveat on sourcing. The Infinix press release behind this confirmation has not been independently located. For now the India commitment rests on Gizmochina’s reporting of it.
