The vivo X500 series is coming to Europe. vivo will hold its European launch event on October 27, 2026, and pre-orders open the same day. The phones go on sale on November 5. There’s one open question, though: vivo’s European teaser page shows only the X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max, not the standard X500.
The European announcement came just one day after the series launched in China, where all three models went official. Our China launch coverage has the full specs.
Register before November 5 for the bigger voucher
The one thing European buyers can do today is register interest on vivo’s European website. Registering gets you a voucher, plus bundle and accessory offers. The timing decides how much the voucher is worth:
- Before November 5: Up to €120 off
- After November 5: €80 off
- Voucher validity: Until November 30, while supplies last
Note the “up to” wording. €120 is the maximum, not a guaranteed amount for every registrant or every model. The terms reported so far don’t say which model gets which discount.
Will the standard vivo X500 come to Europe?
It’s unclear. vivo’s page refers to the X500 series as a whole, but only the two Pro models appear in the promotion. GSMArena, which spotted the page, notes this could simply mean vivo is focusing its marketing on the Pro phones. It could also mean the base X500 is staying out of Europe.
Until vivo confirms the European lineup, don’t count on the standard model. That matters if the standard X500 was the one you wanted.
vivo X500 Europe pricing
As of September 24, vivo hasn’t revealed European prices for any X500 model. Only the dates and the voucher terms are confirmed so far. Pricing will likely arrive at the October 27 event, when pre-orders open.
