Oppo Find X10 Tipped for a Pre-Diwali India Launch at Up to Rs 1.55 Lakh

The Oppo Find X10 series is being lined up for an India launch before Diwali, and the price tags attached to that leak are the part worth pausing on: around Rs 1,55,000 for the Find X10 Pro Max and around Rs 90,000 for the standard Find X10. Industry tipster Yogesh Brar is the source, in an exclusive published by Smartprix on 28 August. Nothing here is official — Oppo has not announced the Find X10 series in any market, including China.

What the Oppo Find X10 India launch leak actually says

Two models are said to be headed to India: the base Find X10 and the Find X10 Pro Max. Other markets may get a third, the Find X10 Pro, which India would then miss. The global rollout is pegged at late October, with the India announcement timed to land before Diwali in early November — the single busiest stretch of the Indian smartphone calendar.

The timing is the genuinely odd detail. The Find X10 series has not launched in China yet; that is expected in September. A China-to-India gap of roughly a month would be unusually tight for Oppo. For reference, the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro reached India in mid-November last year, after a China and Europe debut in October. If the leak holds, Oppo is compressing that schedule to catch the festive window rather than trail it.

The price is the story for Indian buyers

Rs 1,55,000 is flagship-foldable money for a slab phone, and Rs 90,000 is a serious ask for the base model of a series that has to compete with whatever Samsung and Apple are discounting by November. Smartprix’s report positions the Find X10 Pro Max slightly below the Find X9 Ultra’s India pricing. Both figures are approximations for a phone that has not been announced in any market, so treat them as a rough bracket rather than a price — and as a reason to wait for Oppo’s own numbers before committing to a festive-season upgrade.

Specs doing the rounds

  • Find X10 Pro Max: 6.78-inch 1.5K flat display, MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro (2nm), three 200MP rear cameras — main, ultrawide and periscope telephoto — 8,000mAh battery, 100W wired charging
  • Find X10 Pro: 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO panel with BT.2020 colour coverage, Dimensity 9600 (not confirmed for India)
  • Find X10: Dimensity 9500 Plus, 200MP main camera on a smaller 1/1.4-inch sensor, 3x periscope telephoto
  • Across the line: batteries in the 8,000mAh range, with wireless charging returning from the Find X9 generation

The triple-200MP claim on the Pro Max comes from two separate tipsters — Digital Chat Station first, later corroborated by Ice Universe — with the main sensor said to be a new Samsung ISOCELL HPC unit using DeepPix technology. That is a first-in-industry claim, and first-in-industry claims about unreleased sensors are exactly the kind that get quietly revised before launch.

Oppo has confirmed none of this. Until it does, the useful takeaway is the calendar: if you are holding out for a Find X10 in India, the decision point is likely late October, not the usual mid-November.
