Next iQOO Neo Tipped With 9,000mAh Battery and 2K Flat Display

A new iQOO Neo device — widely expected to launch as the iQOO Neo 11S — has surfaced in fresh leaks today with specifications that push well beyond its predecessor. Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station (@数码闲聊站) shared partial specs pointing to a 9,000mAh-plus battery and a 2K flat display built using what the tipster describes as a new domestic panel manufacturing process, said to be unique in the device’s price tier.

The device is tipped to run a custom-tuned variant of MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset. A Geekbench listing from June showed a vivo device (model number V2545A) with the Dimensity 9500 (MT6993), 16 GB of RAM, and Android 16, scoring 3,395 on single-core and 10,312 on multi-core tests — though the connection between that listing and this leaked device is speculative, not confirmed by iQOO or the tipster.

iQOO Neo 11S Leaked Specifications

It is worth noting that the battery figure has shifted between leaks. When Digital Chat Station first tipped the device in July, the claim was a battery “starting with 8” — roughly 8,000 mAh. Today’s leak bumps that to “over 9,000 mAh,” a meaningful revision from the same source rather than independent corroboration. Both numbers remain unverified by iQOO.

Based on the tipster’s claims across both rounds of leaks, the expected spec sheet looks like this:

  • Display: 2K resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate, flat OLED panel
  • Chipset: Underclocked MediaTek Dimensity 9500 (custom-tuned)
  • Battery: 9,000 mAh+ (revised up from ~8,000 mAh in the earlier leak), 100W wired charging
  • Biometrics: 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor
  • Durability: IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance
  • RAM and storage: 12 GB + 256 GB, 12 GB + 512 GB, 16 GB + 256 GB, 16 GB + 512 GB
  • Colors: Light White, Shadow Black, Wind Chaser
  • Expected price: Around 3,000 yuan (~$445) in China

The device is tentatively scheduled for an August launch in China. For context, its predecessor — the iQOO Neo 11 — launched in October 2025 with a 6.82-inch 2K 144 Hz display, Snapdragon 8 Elite, and a 7,500 mAh battery, starting at around 2,699 yuan. If the 9,000 mAh figure holds, the Neo 11S would represent a roughly 20 percent jump in battery capacity generation-over-generation, continuing a trend of aggressive battery sizing in Chinese performance phones this year.

None of these specifications are confirmed by iQOO, and even the device’s name remains unofficial — IT之家 describes it as “expected to be the iQOO Neo 11S” based on the tipster’s hints and community discussion, not any formal identification. There is no confirmed global availability or pricing outside China.
