Meizu E2 with Specifications, Renders listed on TENAA ahead of official launch

Meizu E2 is scheduled to be officially launched tomorrow and we are just few hours away from the official launch. Even though few rumors have surfaced about Meizu E2 including few alleged images of the device, yet those leaks were far from credible. Today, just ahead of the official launch, Meizu E2 is listed on chinese certification portal TENAA revealing all the technical specifications and Renders of the device. Meizu E2 is listed as Model M741A and M741Y with almost same set of specifications.

As per TENAA listing (1, 2), Meizu E2 sports a 5.5 inch 1080p Full HD TFT display and is powered by 2.35 GHz Octa-Core processor. It comes with three variants RAM i.e. 2 GB , 3 GB & 4 GB. Similarly three variants of storage is also indicated i.e. 16 GB, 32 GB & 64 GB. The phone also supports expandable storage via microsd card up to 128 GB and runs on YunOS 5.1.1 based operating system. The official launch may not include all the RAM + ROM combinations, but just one or two variants.

In terms of camera, it comes with a 13 MP main rear camera along with support for full HD 1080p video recording. The LED flash along with main rear camera comes with a new design and seems integrated seamlessly with Antenna lines. On the front, it comes with a 8 MP front shooter for selfies.

The phone is backed by a battery of 3,300 mAh. In terms of dimensions, it measures 153.7 x 75.7 x 7.5  (mm) and weighs 165 grams. In terms of connectivity options, the phone includes support for Bluetooth, WiFi and 4G LTE along with VOLTE. The phone will be available in Black, silver and gold color options. The front Home button must have the fingerprint sensor integrated though it is not mentioned on TENAA listing.
