Gionee has just made official its next smartphone Gionee M2017 which comes with a whopping 7000 mAh battery and 6 GB of RAM. The device is priced just as flagship devices, in fact the higher variant is priced almost double of flagship devices. Gionee M2017 is available in Gold & Black color options and is priced at 6,999 yuan (~US$ 1010 / Rs. 70,000 ) for the standard variant, whereas exclusive variant with Italian custom alligator leather back costs a massive 16,999 yuan (~US$ 2450 / Rs. 170,000).
Gionee M2017 sports a 5.7 inch QHD AMOLED curved glass display and is powered by Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor along with 6 GB of RAM. It comes with 128 GB / 256 GB internal storage and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based operating system with Gionee Amigo OS 3.5 on top.
It comes with(12MP + 13MP) main dual rear cameras with LED flash and 8 MP front shooter for selfies. It is backed by a whopping 7000 mAh battery along with Quick Charge 3.0 support. It weighs 238 grams and is ~10.8 mm thick.
