Asus Zenfone 3 Max with fingerprint sensor, 4100mAh battery launched in India

Asus has just announced the MAX variant in their Zenfone 3 Range of smartphones in India. Two variants of Asus Zenfone 3 Max (ZC520TL and ZC553KL) is launched, which vary in terms of screen size, the CPU, RAM and Camera, yet both these devices come with 4100 mAh battery.

The compact variant i.e. Zenfone 3 Max ZC520TL sports a 5.2 inch HD display, powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor with 3 GB of RAM, while the Zenfone 3 Max ZC553KL variant sports a 5.5 inch Full HD display, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor with 4 GB of RAM. The compact variant comes with 13 MP main rear camera with 5 MP front shooter, while the bigger variant comes with a 16 MP main rear camera with 8 MP front shooter.

  • Camera: 16 MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and 8MP front shooter with f/2.2 aperture, 84-degree field of view
  • Dimensions: 151.4 × 76.24 × 8.3 mm
  • Weight: 175 gm
  • Connectivity : 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS
  • Battery : 4100 mAh (non-removable)

Zenfone 3 Max will be available in Titanium Gray, Glacier Silver and Sand Gold color options. It is priced at Rs. 12,999 for the compact variant (ZC520TL), while the higher variant (ZC553KL) costs Rs. 17,999. It will be available for sale from Flipkart along with offline retailers across India. The compact variant is already available for sale, while the higher variant will be available at the end of this month.
