Just few hours back we reported that Xiaomi Mi 5S may feature 2K display supporting 3D touch, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 with 3 GB / 4 GB RAM. At the time of reporting that rumor, we had no more information about other hardware specifications of the Xiaomi Mi 5S. But thanks to a new leak, we now have the full hardware specifications of Xiaomi Mi 5S. This new leak/rumor comes in the form of screenshot of the hardware specifications table and reveals all the details of the device.
As per the leak, Xiaomi Mi 5S sports a 5.15 inch display with 3D touch support, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 Processor clocked at 2.4 GHz along with Adreno 530 GPU and 6 GB of RAM. It comes with 256 GB of UFS 2.0 internal storage. Earlier leak though suggested that Mi 5S will be launched in two variants i.e. standard and premium with the Standard edition featuring 3 GB of RAM & 64 GB of internal storage whereas the premium one with 4 GB of RAM & 128 GB of internal storage.
IN terms of camera, it comes with 16 MP main rear camera with 4 axis optical image stabilization, 6P lens with PDAF focus and f/1.8 aperture along with sapphire glass protection for lens. It comes with dual tone LED flash. Some of the features included in the camera include dark light enhancement, HDR etc. It is capable of recording 4K video at 30 fps.
In terms of connectivity, it is a dual SIM device with nano sim cards and comes with support for 4G/3G/2G, WiFi & Bluetooth. It also comes with NFC support. In terms of sensors, it includes sensors such as Infrared, Gyroscope, Ambient light sensor, barometer etc.
It measures 144.55 x 69.2 x 7.25 mm and weighs just 147 grams. It is backed by a battery of 3490 mAh (typ) / 3410 mAh (min) capacity. It comes with support for Qualcomm fast charge 3.0 support and uses a USB C type port instead of micro-USB port.
