The technical specifications of Motorola XT1662 were not listed, but just the device images. Today TENAA has listed the full hardware specifications of the smartphone with its listing. Looking at the images, this is a smartphone that comes with full body metal build and slightly rounded back panel.

As per listing, Motorola Moto M XT1662 sports a 5.5 inch full HD TFT display and is powered by 2.2 GHz octa-core processor along with 4 GB of RAM. Earlier leaks have suggested a Moto M as a compact 4.6 inch device, but it turns out to be a 5.5 inch phablet. It comes with internal storage variant of 32 GB and 64 GB along with support for expandable storage via microsd card up to 32 GB. In terms of operating system, it runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

It is backed by a battery of 300 mAh and will be available in Gold and silver color options.

Earlier leaks indicated that Moto M comes with a model number XT1663, whereas the one listed on TENAA is XT1662. If the model numbers are different, then this may be variant of Moto M, may be a Plus variant but we are not so sure.
