Gionee has launched a new mid range phone, called the Gioneee S6s in India. The device is intended for people who take a lot of photos with the front camera, because it comes with a selfie flash for the 8 megapixel lens.
The Gionee S6s sports a 5.5-inch 1080p FHD display, and 2.5D water-drop Corning Gorilla Glass which offers native damage resistance. The phone runs on Amigo 3.2 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, with a built in Video Editor, Gallery Trash with 7 day restore Gallery Hiding management, Desktop management, Face beauty, Real time filter, and a bunch of other camera related features.
The S6 powered by a MediaTek MTK6753 64bit Octa-core 1.3GHz processor, and has 3GB of RAM and comes with 32GB of internal storage, which can expanded up to 128GB, via a microSD card slot. The camera department features a 13 megapixel rear camera with a SONY IMX258 Sensor and an LED Flash. The back panel also has a fingerprint scanner.
The Gionee S6s is backed by a 3150mAh battery, and supports 4G LTE and VoLTE. The device comes in two colours: Mocha Gold and Latte Gold.
