Indian OEM, CREO has launched its first phone in the Country.
The phone is called the CREO Mark 1.
It sports a 5.5-inch Quad HD LCD display, with a pixel density of 534 ppi and Gorilla Glass 3. The phone runs on Fuel OS based on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. It has some unique features such as Sense, Retriever and Echo.
Sense lets you access anything you want in just two steps. It is activated by double tapping the home button, which lets you type something to get your apps or contacts quickly. Retriever, as the name suggests is to help you recover your phone (if it gets stolen). It automatically sends alerts to your email ID, when a new sim is inserted. This works without a network connection and also after the device has been factory reset. Echo is an automated answering machine, which lets you record messages in your own voice and let the caller hear them. This apparently works without any carrier charges.
The CREO Mark 1 is powered by a 64-bit, octa- core MediaTek Helio X10 processor clocked at 1.95 GHz, with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It supports up to 128GB of exapandable storage via a microSD card slot.
The phone features a 21 megapixel rear camera with a Sony Exmor sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, Dual LED Flash, Phase Detection, Auto Focus, 3D Photos, Live Photos, Panorama, HDR, Auto Exposure, 0.5s Quick Focus, 4K video recording, 120 fps ultra slo-mo video in Full HD. The selfie lens on the Mark 1, is an 8 megapixel front camera.
The CREO Mark 1 is backed by a 3100 mAh battery which supports fast charging. The phone is made of tough aircraft grade aluminium and magnesium alloy, with 2.5D Curved Glass.
