Yesterday, we reported that the upcoming budget device from Xiaomi, the Redmi 3, will have a 5-inch display.
The phone will come with a diamond patterned back cover, and a full metal body as well.
And Xiaomi posted a new teaser image on Weibo, which reveals the battery capacity of the phone. The image featured above shows that the Redmi 3 will have a massive 4100 mAh battery. this is a huge improvement from the 2200 mAh on its predecessor, the Redmi 2. The teaser also suggests the phone will be thin.
Considering that the display of the Redmi 3 is just 5-inches, and the huge battery capacity, it is likely that the phone may have a superior display, though we doubt it will be Full HD.
Xiaomi will be launching the Redmi 3 on January 12th in China.
