One of my friends, Krish, tipped me that the OnePlus One 16 GB is retailing for Rs. 17,997 on Amazon India. I noticed that this was a lightning deal sale, which ends in about 3 and a half hours (at the time of writing this post).
We did not get a press release from OnePlus about this, but their Facebook page has the above image, which mentions the Rs. 1001 discount on occasion of Ganesh Chathurthi, which is being celebrated today in India.
But then my friend told me that the OnePlus One 16GB was also retailing for the same price over at Flipkart. Checking the listing at the online retailer suggests this may be a permanent price cut.
