Spice Mobiles has just launched another entry-level device, Stellar 518 in India. Spice Stellar 518 is targeted at the same entry-level consumer segment which other devices like Micromax Canvas Spark, Infocus M2 etc., are targeting to get hold on.

Spice Stellar 518

Spice Stellar 518 sports a 5 inch (12.7 cm) IPS display with resolution of 480 x 854 Pixels and is powered by 1.3 GHz Quad-Core Processor (most probably Mediatek CPU) supported by 1 GB RAM. The device runs Android 4.4 kitkat as its operating system.

In terms of storage, it comes with 8 GB of internal memory along with support for expandable storage via microsd cards up to 32 GB. It sports a 8 MP main rear camera with flash and 1.3 megapixel front camera. The weight of device is just 120 gm. It comes with dual SIM (3G+3G) support.

It is powered by a whopping 4000 mAh battery Li-Polymer battery. We havent seen any device under Rs 5000 that comes with such a huge battery capacity.

Price and Availability

Spice Stellar 518 will be available online at an MOP of Rs. 4,999 on Home Shop Network 18 starting 20th May, 2015.
