Instead the company has launched the HTC One M9+ in the Country. Androidpure was at the launch event in Delhi, and here is all you need to know about the phone.

The HTC One M9 Plus flaunts a 5-2inch WQHD Display, which supports a 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution, and has a pixel density of 534 PPI. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It also has a finger print sensor.

The highlight of the One M9+ are the cameras.  The phone sports a 20 Megapixel Duo-Camera with sapphire camera cover lens on the rear, with a Dual LED Flash, auto-focus, BSI sensor, f/2.2, 27.8mm lens, and supports 4K video recording. The depth sensor helps for better focusing  in images.

The front camera is an HTC UltraPixel selfie camera with dynamic auto exposure, for better light in photos. It can record videos in 1080P resolution, and has a BSI sensor, ƒ2.0, and uses a 26.8 mm lens.

The HTC One M9+ runs on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, with HTC’s Sense 7.0 UI on top. It includes HTC’s EYE Experience software which offers a slew of editing effects, including Shapes, Prismatic and Elements. The HTC Zoe app and the new HTC One Gallery app are also available on the phone.

The M9+ has dual front-facing speakers, with HTC BoomSound and .1 channel Dolby Audio surround sound simulation. The two technologies combine to offer an immersive audio experience even without headphones or speakers. It offers 24-bit high definition audio when used with stereo speakers or headphones.

The HTC One M9+ has an all-metal unibody design, with curved metal edges and a dual-tone silver and rose gold finish. It has polished gold sides and a hairline brushed silver back.
