The popular mobile office suite, Smart Office 2, which was previously being sold for $10, has dropped its price tag.
It is unclear why the app went freeware, but there are no in app purchases within the app.
Smart Office 2 lets you create, view and edit various document formats including Text (.txt), and MS Office formats (97, 2000, XP, 2003, 2007, 2010) including Word (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx). You cannot edit PDF files, but it does support annotation, and converting,saving to PDF. It supports wireless printers, and offers cloud support for Box, Dropbox,and Google Drive.

We tested the latest version on our device, and there appears to be no ads or limitations of any sort. The interface is a bit dated, but the app works fine.
