A patent granted by at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to Samsung on 21st January 2014, shows a new Button-Less Smartphone design. This patent from Samsung means that Samsung may be already working on some new devices which are different from the conventional devices till now which comes with buttons.
The proposed handset in the patent shows a thin bezel, and slightly curved screen. And if you checkout the back cover, it shows a speaker at the bottom along with perhaps a fingerprint sensor.
Just keep in mind that often Patents allotted do not get converted or executed into a final consumer product, but hopefully Samsung will be bringing out a button-less smartphone in future for sure.
