Skype celebrates 100 Million users on Android devices by launching version 4.0

Skype has reached a milestone of 100 million Android users worldwide.

And the Microsoft owned VOIP service provider are celebrating it by releasing a new version with a modern design.

And when I say redesigned UI, I mean a complete makeover. Long story short, it looks like a Windows app now.

You can view your profile by tapping on the icon in the upper right hand corner. And make calls by tapping the phone icon on the bottom left or chat with your friends by tapping the icon on the lower right hand corner.

The main idea behind this update is to give quick access for all the features from one screen.

And as usual, they haven’t updated the tablet version of Skype and gave said an update is coming soon.
