Apex Launcher has been improving drastically with the recent updates. The latest improvement may be small, but still very important.

Apex Launcher

You can now uninstall apps from the homescreen icons without dragging them to the bin.All you have to do is just tap and hold on an icon in the homescreen, to bring up the menu options.

And viola you get the option to “Uninstall” the app.  This also works for icons in the dock too.

I really hate dragging the icons, especially since I have way too many icons and widgets. So this is one feature I am going to love.

And the best part is, you don’t need the pro version to use this feature.

Download Apex Launcher (free) from:

If you want more features, and unread count notifications buy the pro version.
