Stick Cricket Premier League is the latest game from Stick Sports of Stick Tennis and Stick Cricket fame.

Stick Cricket Premier League

This game will allow you to play as any of the teams in the 2013 Indian Premier League.

The game has all Nine teams as in the IPL this year.

Stick Cricket Premier League IPL Teams

Chennai Super Kings
Delhi Daredevils
Kings XI Punjab
Kolkata Knight Riders
Mumbai Indians
Pune Warriors India
Rajasthan Royals
Royal Challengers Bangalore
Sunrisers Hyderabad

You can also recruit coaches for improving your Batsmen and bowlers. The batting coach will give your batsmen better timing for playing shots while the bowling coach will reduce the target you have to chase.

Stick Cricket Premier League Coaches

You will need Stick dollars for Hiring coaches and recruiting players, for this you will need to use real money. The IAPs could be optional though, I am not sure. But buying any of the IAPs will get rid of the ads from the game.

Stick Cricket Premier League Stick Dollars

You can play upto 5 seasons with the team of your choice. I chose Chennai and found the team line up is the same as the current IPL team.

Update: Apparently the line up isn’t the latest as I found several players missing or perhaps it is due to the fact, that you can have only the Playing XI in your team. I realy wish we could pick our own starting XI from a squad or atleast shuffle the batting order.

Stick Cricket Premier League CSK IPL

The gameplay and UI are very similar to Stick Cricket, except that this one has a counter for the number of sixes you score.

The game does not come without a controversy, it includes a Bookmaker mode, tapping on the character will allow you to fix the next match. Not only is this conidered illegal in the real world, I think this is rather insulting to sports in general and certainly hope they don’t add this in their other games.

The official list of features:

CREATE YOUR CAPTAIN
Team owner, Deepak Pockesh, wants you to lead his team to glory! Create and customise your player, before taking guard against the world’s best bowlers.

BUILD YOUR DREAM TEAM
Your generous team owner will bankroll the recruitment of Star Players from around the world, boosting your chances of winning the League.

Choose from 36 Star Players to bolster your squad. Star Batsmen are more likely to clear the rope, while a signing a miserly Star Bowler will ensure the targets you chase aren’t as demanding.

Alternatively, try to confound the pundits by winning the League with a team of rookies. The choice is up to you.

ESTABLISH A DYNASTY
You’ve got five seasons to establish your team as a force in the Premier League. Mr Pockesh is eyeing up all five trophies… just don’t end up with the dreaded wooden spoon instead.

RECRUIT COACHES
Hiring batting coach Herschelle Hooksalot will soon have your created captain slogging it like a Star, or reduce the runs your bowlers concede with the expert guidance of Wasim Jaffa.

ENHANCE YOUR SIX APPEAL
The crowd want maximums! The League provides cash bonuses for every six you smash, as well as stumping up an appearance fee. You read that correctly: cold hard cash, just for showing up!

You can download Stick Cricket Premier League from Google Play for free. just use the widget below.
